Payment must be received in full prior to the course start date.
Full refunds can be granted when a cancellation in writing (email is acceptable) 28 calendar days before the start of the course. Any cancellations later than that are not refunded.
Registrants who do not attend the course or workshop will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged the full course registration fee.
Transfer between courses
When a registrant can’t attend a couple of classes due to unforeseen circumstances there is the possibility to transfer to a course that is happening later this year. This is not possible for courses that are already full or courses that will only happen one time a year. We can only grant you a spot in the new course a week before it starts. Please contact us for possibilities.
Missing a class
Please let us know beforehand if you’re missing a class. Unfortunately. it is not possible to re-do this class at a later moment. The way we teach includes repeating parts of the former class so your teacher will make sure you’re all caught up.
Cancellations from our side
In the case that one of our instructors are not able to teach a class we will do our very best to find a replacement for that day. If that’s not possible we will cancel the class for that day and add an extra class the week after the initial end date.
Questions, recaps and material
A week before the class starts you’ll get an invite for Basecamp, which is the platform that we use to post recaps, ask questions and post material.
Programs and applications
The registrants should purchase the needed applications and/or programs for that course/workshop and bring their own laptop to the classes.
